Abstract These Regulations amend the Agricultural Compounds and Veterinary Medicines (Fees and Charges) Regulations 2002 by inserting the new definition of “Director-General” to regulation 3 and by adding a new regulation 4A, which provides that the Director-General may grant an exemption from, or waive or refund, any fee or charge payable under regulations in any particular case or class of cases.
