These Regulations enter into force on 1 November 2011.
Abstract

These Regulations reorganize and reform the conditions to which agricultural compounds exempt from registration under the Act are subject; specify certain new exemptions from registration (see Schedule 2); and specify substances that are prohibited from use as agricultural compounds or as ingredients in agricultural compounds (see Schedule 1).
