Abstract

This Act amends the Agricultural (Commercial) Land Reform Act, 1995 by substitution for the definition of “alienate” a new definition and in relation to, among other things: regional resettlement committees; alienation of land by corporations; usufruct; other commercial dealings in agricultural land; expropriation.
