Abstract

This Act concerns the sale and use of agricultural chemicals in the territory of South Australia. The Act contains provisions on standards for agricultural chemicals, inspections, labelling requirements, the use of agricultural chemicals and their removal, registration of chemicals and the related licences and on enforcement of the provisions of the Act.
