Abstract

This Act, consisting of 36 sections divided into eleven Parts, makes provision for the application of the AGVET Code and other laws relating to agricultural and veterinary chemicals in Tasmania, and for matters related to this such as powers of the National Registration Authority for Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals and the jurisdiction of courts.
