Abstract These Regulations implement the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Control of Use) Act 1995 by prescribing the requirements in relation to certain chemical products, including special precautions required for the handling and storing of certain poisons, and hormonal growth promotants; and by prescribing certain fees payable under the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Control of Use) Act 1995.
