Abstract This Order prohibits the spraying of certain agricultural chemical products, which are specified in the Schedules, without a permit, during certain periods, by aircraft and for the purposes of vertebrate pest control. Penalties for conducting the spraying of agricultural chemical products not in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations are prescribed in the text.
