The slowdown in the demand of the agribusiness segment, notably in China, has adverse effects on Brazilian agriculture, which is the main target market for its exports. At the domestic level, it is worth mentioning the occurrence of severe climatic adversities, characterized by drought in the Northeast region, whose agricultural production has suffered a sharp fall in the harvest in recent years, being subject to successive re-negotiations of debt, and by excessive rainfall in the south, Which also experienced high losses, notably in the production of rice and soybeans. This Plan covers a list of economic-related programmes and is divided as follows: 1. Introduction; 2. Rural Credit; 3. Marketing Support; 5. Rural Risk Management; 6. Annexes.
