The present Regulations enter into force on 8 October 2004.
Abstract

The present Regulations enact the Agri-Food Act, 2004. In particular, the Regulations set out in detail application procedures for the establishment of a development commission and a development board in accordance with section 4 of the Act. The text consists of 10 sections as follows: Title (1); Interpretation (2); Agency orders (3); Production or marketing limits (4); Rules re appeals (5); Rules re establishing development commissions (6); Rules re establishing a development board or a marketing board (7); Power of council re agreements (8); Repeal (9); Coming into force (10).
