Article II deals with zoning and division of ground. The aims of the Agreement are defined as follows: to protect, preserve and promote its flora and fauna and, also, to obtain international recognition by the World Conservation Union. Article 5 lists the tasks of the National Park Company charged with the management of the National Park. A special committee is appointed to support the activity of the said company. Finally, article VII deals with financing, and article 8 with dispute settlement. The Agreement consists of 13 articles and 2 Annexes.
