Abstract: The Parties have agreed to cooperate in the following areas: (a) improvement of the early warning system; (b) reduction of snowfall; (c) environmental improvement; and (d) reduction of natural disasters risks. Federal Service on Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring shall supply the government in Moscow with hydro-meteorological information, including environmental pollution, and shall keep the state environmental database.
