Abstract

Each of the Orders specified in this Order relating to foot and mouth disease shall be construed and have effect as if the references therein to Foot and Mouth disease included references to African swine fever. The effect of this Order is to apply the same statutory measures for the control and eradication of African swine fever as are applied in the case of foot-and-mouth disease.
