Abstract

The present Ordinance applies to the production, packaging, marking, inspection and marketing of aerosol packages. Article 3 establishes that the aerosol packages shall be produced, packed and filled in such a way that the life and health of man shall not be endangered. The text – consisting of 12 articles – deals with the following aspects: sphere of application, definition of terms, general safety instructions, special safety requirements, marking, safety defects, other provisions, transitional provisions, entry into force and repeal.
