Abstract

National provisions in order to approximate the existing Cypriot legislation to the laws of the Member States of the EU relating to aerosol dispensers (Council Directive 75/324/EEC and 94/1/EU). This text amends the basic law on the subject (articles, 2, 3, 4, 14, 15, 17, 20) and adds a new Annex (included in the present text).
