Abstract

These Regulations provide rules for the manufacture and sale of aerated water. No premises shall be used as an aerated-water factory unless duly registered with the Health Protection Board. The Regulations provide quality and hygienic standards for the manufacture of aerated water and prohibit the sale of aerated water unless manufactured in accordance with these Regulations.
