Abstract

The Minister for Food Safety, issues the following Notice under section 397 and 400 of the Food Act 2014. The New Zealand (Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code) Food Standards 2002 are revoked. This Notice adopts the joint food standards under the Australia and New Zealand Food Standards Code up to and including Amendment No. 176; however it does not adopt those joint food standards that make up the Australia New Zealand Food Standard Code identified as applying only in Australia and Amendment No. 169.
