Abstract These Regulations, consisting of 22 articles, are formulated in accordance with the Tobacco and Alcohol Administration Act. The Regulations provide for the inspection of the hygienic safety of imported alcohol, exemption from inspection, or authorization of inspections. The hygiene of imported alcohol shall be in conformity to the standard hygiene requirements prescribed jointly by the central competent authority and the central competent health authority. The central competent authority shall conduct affairs related to the inspection of imported alcohol, and may authorize another agency to execute such affairs.
