The present Regulation enters into force on 1 April 2009.
Abstract

The present Regulation implements the Saxon Hunting Law of 18 December 2009. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to hunting activities in hunting districts in the Free State Saxony. The text consists of 6 chapters as follows: Sphere of application (I); Foster communities (II) ; Exercise of hunting (III); Hunting compensdastion (IV); Hunting activities of other persons (V); Participation of private hunters (VI); Entry into force (VII).
