Abstract This Administrative Regulation, pursuant to Article 7 of the Basic Law No. 5/2013 on Food Safety, establishes the Maximum Limits of Contaminating Heavy Metals in foodstuff. This Regulation establishes the maximum levels of contaminating heavy metals present in foodstuff with a view to safeguarding food hygiene and safety. It specifies the maximum levels of contaminating heavy metals in foodstuff, as set out in the Annex, in accordance with the criteria set out. The Annex specifies the List related to maximum levels of contaminating heavy metals in foodstuff.
