This Administrative Regulation enters into force on 20 December 2015.
Abstract

This Administrative Regulation amends the organization and functioning of the Directorate of Services for Water and Maritime Matters of Macau. Amendments deal with composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Directorate. New competencies include the following sectors: promotion of the maritime activities development; management of the areas under maritime jurisdiction; prevention and control of marine pollution; providing for measures to preserve the marine environment under the Department of Maritime Activities; Department of Navigation Channels, etc. responsible for designing and supervising the execution of the annual dredging plan, performing specific dredging tasks, and supervising the dredged material disposal.
