Abstract This Administrative Regulation, consisting of 13 articles divided into four Chapters and two Annexes, establishes the management regime for the disposal of dredged material at sea of the Macao Special Administrative Region. The Regulation aims at protecting the marine environment and its ecological habitat from the dredge material, such as: sludge, gravel and other substances removed from the cleaning, deepening of basins, construction of waterways and their related buildings, excavation of harbours and terminals, as well as seabed and banks.
