Abstract This Administrative Regulation, consisting of 40 articles divided into four Chapters and one Annex, establishes the organization and operation of the Social Security Fund (FSS). It establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned FSS, entitled: Collaborate in the evaluation and definition of the necessary social protection policy for residents; Study and propose appropriate measures to improve the social security system and the central social security system; Manage and execute the social security system and the central social security system; Apply and manage FSS resources.
