This Administrative Regulation enters into force on 1 September 2017.
Abstract

This Administrative Regulation, consisting of 12 articles divided into four Chapters, establishes complementary norms to implement the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora. This Regulation is divided as follows: General provisions (including Document Templates and Fees) (Chap. I); Licenses and certificates (including Procedures for issuing and Validity of licenses and certificates) (Chap. II); Registration (Chap. III); Transitional and final provisions (Chap. IV).
