Abstract This Administrative regulation, consisting of 4 articles and 1 Annex, establishes the limit of pathogens for infant food formulas in order to safeguard their health and food safety. List of pathogenic microorganisms limit (in particular for Sakazakii Enterobacter (Cronobacter species) and Salmonella) is approved in the Annex. This Administrative Regulation applies to any final products in powder from their packaging until they are unpacked.
