This Administrative Regulation enters into force on the day after its publication.
Abstract

This Administrative Regulation, consisting of 4 articles and 1 Annex, establishes the maximum limit of radionuclides to be present in foodstuff in order to protect human food safety. The Annex specifies the following limits: Foodstuff for infant food= Iodine-131: 100 Bq/kg; Cesium-134, Cesium-137: 100 Bq/kg; Other foodstuff = Iodine-131: 100 Bq/kg; Cesium-134, Cesium-137: 100 Bq/kg.
