Abstract This Administrative Regulation, consisting of 4 articles and one Annex, establishes the maximum limits of mycotoxins in foodstuff with a view to safeguard food hygiene and safety. In particular, the Annex lays down the List of Mycotoxin Maximum Levels in different foodstuff. Mycotoxins to be contained in foodstuff are: Aflatoxin B1; Aflatoxin B1; Aflatoxin M1; Ochratoxin A; and Patulin.
