Abstract

The present Regulation enacts the Forest and Range Practices Act. The Regulation lays down provisions relating to administrative orders and remedies. In particular, section 3 contains penalties under the Forest Act and penalties under the Forest and Range Practice Act. The text consists of 29 sections divided into 3 Parts as follows: Interpretation (1); Administrative orders and procedures (2); Administrative penalties (3).
