This Order enters into force 30 days after publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Order establishes the quality standard for identity, quality and fill, of container for canned pineapple juice. It specifies requirements to be met in terms of form and quality of canned Pineapple juice as the food prepared from unfermented juice obtained from the flesh or parts thereof, or from the cores or from both mature pineapple. It specifies optional food additives, such as: sweeteners, Vitamin C, Dimethylpolysilozane, etc. In addition, it specifies quality standards, such as: a) Soluble Solids Contents; b) Acidity; c) Insoluble Solid Content; d) Ratio of the degrees Brix, etc.
