This Order shall take effect immediately from the date of publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
Abstract

The Order establishes the procedure for the accreditation of FCAs by the Department of Environment in order to benefit the assistance that will be provided under the RCEF, encourage people's participation and improve public-private partnership, ensure the farmers and farmworkers participation in the implementation of RCEF, establishing a national registry of accredited FCAs and guarantee compliance to existing pertinent laws. The Order further nominates the entities that can apply for DA accreditation and provide regulations on creation of technical committee and secretariat and its relevant functions. Article III refers to documentary requirements for processing of FCAs and accreditation process. Finally the Order provides for certificate validity, continuing verification and revocation. The Order consists of 7 Articles and has 2 Appendixes.
