According to the Energy Administration Act, the central Competent authority may send staffs or mandate professional institutions or technicians to inspect the energy user and the manufacturer, importer or seller of energy consumption facilities, apparatus or vehicles, and request for relevant information. The Regulations provide for the requirements, procedures and rules for application, granting, withdrawal, revocation and charge of authentication to the professional institutes or technicians.
