Abstract The object of this Circular is to streamline the evaluation and approval process of organic agriculture project proposals and to guide eligible proponents on how to obtain assistance/support from the National Organic Agriculture Program. The eligible projects under this Circular are those that fall within the six (6) thematic thrusts of the National Organic Agriculture Program. The projects are classified based on research and non-research proposals, regional projects and national projects. The Circular further provides for monitoring and evaluation and implementation process of project proposals. Funding for the project shall be charged primarily to the National Organic Agriculture Program (NOAP) fund, while other Department of Agriculture units, agencies, local and international funding agencies may provide additional support to the project.
