The present Agreement enters into force on 1 May 2011.
Abstract

The present administrative Agreement between the State of Lower Saxony and the Free Hanseatic City Bremen on the implementation of water conservation police tasks on the River Weser and the coastal waters shall grant an efficient implementation of water conservation measures on the river Weser as well as on coastal waters. To this end Niedersachsen shall establish a boat service. The Agreement consists of 6 articles as follows: Security cooperation (1); Area of responsibility (2); General provisions for the performance of duty (3); Costs and revenues (4); Liability (5); Entry into force (6).
