Entry into force notes
This Ordinance enters into force on 6 February 1998.
Abstract

An Ordinance to regulate the marketing of additives. However, it does not apply to additives used in preparation of drinking water. Annexe 1 lists substances equivalent to additives; Annex 2 specifies purity of additives according to EU-guidelines. Article 6 deals with packing and labelling which has to show clearly all ingredients. The Ordinance consists of 7 articles and 4 Annexes.
