Abstract

As the COVID-19 pandemic forced Philippine to implement ECQ, the demand for meat in restaurants, hotels, etc. has fallen, making the demand for cold storage for meat in short supply. In order to ensure the cold storage conditions of meat, the Ministry of Agriculture requires that the import application for import clearance permit (SPS IC) also need to provide the following materials: a. Approved CSW available space certificate; b. Usage report of meat imported.
