Abstract This Act introduces various amendments to the principal Act with respect to regulation of water level, proceedings before the Water Court and supervision and control. Section 4 of Chapter 7 provides rules with respect to the granting of licences for regulation of the water level. Provisions of Chapter 18 concern procedures of inspection ordered by the Water Court and carried out by an inspection engineer.
