This Act enters into force on 1 January 1991.
Abstract

The amendments concern the disposition plan for land acquired under the principal Act, limitation of land property and tenancy rights, and tax exemptions. The disposition plan shall be designed by the planning committee in accordance with section 19(4) of the Nature-based Activities Act (sect. 9). Section 12 provides for the limitation of rights to transfer land that has been acquired under the Act. A legal act involving the transfer of property or tenancy rights without the permission of Rural Activities District Offices is not valid (sect. 12). Section 53 of the Rural Activities Management Act shall apply in matters of tax exemption applicable to the acquisition of land under the principal Act (sect. 15).
