In particular, it rewords the definition «department», «federal disposition», «Minister», «pipeline», «test hole», «well», etc. Furthermore, it amends the paragraphs 10(1)(e) and (f) concerning, respectively, information to be furnished to the Minister, the Division Head or the Chief Operations Officer, and pecuniary penalties. It amends also section 34 dealing with renewal of permit; section 41 concerning entry into force of federal dispositions; subsection 8 is added to section 56 dealing with registration of security notice; it adds 2 paragraphs to subsection 65(1) on the gathering, storage and disposal of water produced in association with oil or gas.
