Abstract Various sections here amended concern the planting of new stock. Section 14 (Chapt. 5) formulates an obligation of the owners of forestry land to notify with the respective Forestry Centre the use of forest resources. The planting of new stock shall also be notified (new sect. 14(a)). Section 28 a (new) concerns pledges that may be established in order to guarantee the payment of costs resulting from enforcement of provisions of the Private Forest Act.
