Abstract "Agricultural engineering" is defined as the profession requiring the application of the fundamental and known principles of engineering to the peculiar condition and requirements of agriculture as an industry and as a field of science, and shall include various skills and activities listed in section 3. There is created a Board of Agricultural Engineering. The Board may promulgate and adopt rules and regulations necessary for the carrying out of provisions of this Act. Persons who successfully passed the examination for agricultural engineering shall receive a certificate of registration as agricultural engineer. Practice as an agricultural engineer is allowed only as individuals.
