The Act enters into force on 28 May 2004.
Abstract

The Act establishes conditions and requirements in matter of viniculture and winegrowing, pursuant to relevant European Community provisions. It defines the functions of the State administration in this sector, including control of fulfillment of obligations of operators in the viniculture sector and imposing penalties in case of infringement. The Act is composed of the following Sections: (1) Viniculture and winegrowing; (2) Amendments to the Act on Central controlling and experimental agricultural institute; (3) Amendments to the Act on State agricultural and food processing inspection; (4) Amendments to the Act on administrative fees; (5) Entry into force.
