This Act entered into force on 1 January 1993.
Abstract

The Rural Activities Appeal Board is created under the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry. The Board shall handle all applications for the modification of the following public bodies: the Rural Activities District Offices; the Forestry Boards; the Hunting District Offices; the hunting protection associations; the Fishery Support Boards; the Municipal Councils, as far certain matters relating to agriculture are concerned; and County Councils and other veterinary protection authorities in matters previously handled by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry (sect. 1). Section 4 concerns decision-making procedures. (9 sections)
