Abstract This Act is divided into 18 articles. The Act aims at the protection and development of the primordial wildlife (art. 1). Definitions and terms are given in article 2. Protected zones are dealt with in article 3. Management of the protected zones shall be entrusted to the National Commission for the Protection and Development of the Primordial Wildlife (art. 6). Creation of the Guard Corp for the protected zones is provided for in article 8. Offences and penalties are contained in articles 11 and 12. Fishing, catching, hunting and grazing in the protected zones, cultivating, harvesting, cutting as well as uprooting plants are prohibited unless upon an authorization of the Administrative Board (art. 13). The Administrative Board shall issue the Implementing Regulation of this Act(art. 16).
