This Law enters into force on 1 January 1948.
Abstract

The purpose of this Law is to improve the processing and quality of exported marine products, stabilizing the management of exported marine products, contributing to the development of the national economy. Fish product exporter or manufacturing contractor (exporter of frozen marine products on behalf of another person) shall be an individual for any type of exported marine products; must be registered by the prefectural governor having jurisdiction over the location of the business establishment, etc.
