Abstract This Law aims at improving the management of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) for agriculture, forestry and fisheries sectors by promoting the business activities of SMEs of the above mentioned sectors in organic cooperation by managing rationally their natural resources and contributing to the development of the national economy. In this Act, "agriculture, commerce and industry cooperation support project" refers to the provision of opportunities for exchange between SMEs and agriculture, forestry and fisheries, such as agricultural commerce and industry by establishing basic policies relating to SMEs measures and clarifying the responsibilities of the State and local public entities, so as to contribute to the development of the national economy and improvement in the quality of life of the people.
