The present Act enters into force on 1 July 1994.
Abstract

The present Act establishes the Greenland Institute of Natural Resources, whose objective is to provide Greenland with the scientific basis for a sustainable use of living resources in and around the country, as well as to protect the environment and biological diversity. It contains detailed rules regarding the Institute's duties, management, and functioning.
