Abstract The aim of this Law is to provide for necessary measures for exercising sovereign rights with regard to fisheries and other activities in the EEZ with a view to ensuring proper conservation and management of the marine living resources through the appropriate exercise of rights laid down in the 1982 United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea.
