Abstract This Act applies to the monitoring of electricity and natural gas supply and applicable fees thereof (with exception of system operators with residence in Aaland). Electricity and natural gas fees are fixed and collected on calendar year by the Finnish Energy Authoority, which may issue further regulations on payment procedures and requirements. Any decisions by the Energy Market Authority following an appeal shall be addressed to the Administrative Court in the manner prescribed by the Administrative Procedure Act.
