Abstract The Act provides for protection of co-workers, advertisers, consumers and other market participants against unfair business conduct and actions. The Act describes business activities that result in business misleading and aggressive business conduct. The Act provides for requirements on essential information to be provided to customers and further on prohibition of violation of the consumer's benefits by unfair business dealing. The Act further provides for fine and damages on violation and infringement of the regulations. The Act consists of 3 Articles as follow: (1) Changes of law against unfair competition; (2) Modification of the trade regulations; (3) Entry into force.
