This Regulation entered into force on 13 September 2016.
Abstract

This Act, which is composed of six articles, lays down some specific solutions related to the occurrence of African swine fever on the territory of the Republic of Poland. Meat products coming from areas specified due to African swine fever can be purchased bypassing the Public Procurement Law. Art. 2 provides conditions for such deliveries. Art. 3 specified requirements to be met by an entity applying for such contract.
