Entry into force notes
The Act shall be determined by the Minister of the Environment, and shal apply to genetic resources and knowledge gaineded access after entry into force.
Abstract

The purpose of this Act is to ensure that there is a sharing of benefits originated by the use of genetic resources and that information and research for the conservation and sustainability of biological diversity is properly notified. This Act partly implements regulations of the Nagoya Protocol.
